CEE 2300: Introduction to Environmental Engineering
(3 credit hours) Introduction to chemical, biological, and physical processes in the environment. Discussion of the basic processes governing air, water, and land quality, and the behavior and impacts of contaminants associated with human and industrial activities.

CEE8813: Quantitative Microbial Risk Assessment
(3 credit hours- graduate standing, or undergraduate by petition) Introduction to quantitative microbial risk assessment (QMRA) and problem formulation. Students will learn course content through interactive lectures with coding exercises, research paper discussions, and a final research project.

CEE8813: Teaching Assistant Practicum
(1 credit hour) For first time graduate student TAs in CEE. Students learn effective and evidence-based pedagogical strategies and reflect on their teaching assignments in small groups.
